Booking with Step Up is a Two-Step Process

BOOK YOUR CLASS
through the Studio Agnew website.
If you are using Step Up For Students funding, you will complete two separate steps:
Your Studio Agnew booking reserves your student's specific class, date, and time. Your EMA Marketplace account is where you submit the service using your Step Up For Students funds.
How do I register and pay for a Studio Agnew class using Step Up For Students?
STEP 1: Choose Your Class
Visit the Studio Schedule and choose the class, date, and time you would like your student to attend.
At checkout, select:
Pay Through My EMA Account
Nothing is due through Studio Agnew at checkout. Your booking is confirmed and your student's spot is reserved.
Important: Do not select the credit card payment option if you are using Step Up For Students funding.
STEP 2 — Submit Your Service Through EMA Marketplace
After reserving your class through the Studio Agnew website, log in to your EMA Marketplace account.
Locate Studio Agnew and submit the appropriate class/service for your student.
Your EMA Marketplace account and the Studio Agnew booking system are separate. Completing your Studio Agnew booking does not automatically submit your EMA order.
You must complete the EMA Marketplace step after booking your class.
STEP 3 — Attend Your Class
Your student's class spot has been reserved through the Studio Agnew booking system.
Come ready to learn art, make art, and create!
STEP 4 — Service Is Completed & Payment Is Processed
Studio Agnew classes are rendered after the class has been completed.
Studio Agnew will not move the service forward for payment until the class has been completed.
After the service has been rendered, Studio Agnew will complete the required information and move the service forward for payment through EMA Marketplace.
Do I need to register on the Studio Agnew website if I am paying through Step Up?
Yes. EMA Marketplace and the Studio Agnew booking system serve two different purposes. The Studio Agnew website reserves your student's specific class, date, and time.
Your EMA Marketplace account is where you submit payment using your Step Up For Students funds.
To complete registration, you must do both:
① Reserve your class through the Studio Agnew Studio Schedule.
② Log in to EMA Marketplace and submit the appropriate order for Studio Agnew.
What payment option should I choose on the Studio Agnew website?
If you are using Step Up For Students funding, select:
Pay Through My EMA Account
There is nothing to pay through the Studio Agnew website at the time of booking.
Your booking will reserve your student's spot, and you will complete payment separately through your EMA Marketplace account.
Is my class spot reserved before I submit payment through EMA Marketplace?
Yes. When you complete your booking through the Studio Agnew website and select Pay Through My EMA Account, your student's spot is reserved for that class.
You must then log in to your EMA Marketplace account and submit the appropriate order for the service.
When will my Step Up payment be processed?
Studio Agnew will not move the service forward for payment until the class has been completed.
After the service has been rendered, Studio Agnew will complete the required service information and move the completed service forward for payment through the EMA system.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel a Studio Agnew class before the service has been completed, you may cancel your requested service through your EMA Marketplace account, as long as the order has not yet been moved to Service Invoicing.
Once you cancel through EMA Marketplace, Studio Agnew will make your class spot available again on the Studio Schedule.
Studio Agnew does not move a service forward for payment until the class has been completed.
Are all Studio Agnew classes eligible for Step Up For Students?
Yes! All Studio Agnew classes are eligible for Step Up For Students funding.
You can use your Step Up For Students funds for eligible Studio Agnew art classes and creative experiences by following the registration and payment process above.

Reserve your class, date, and time through the Studio Agnew website.
2. SUBMIT YOUR SERVICE
Log in to your EMA Marketplace account and submit the Studio Agnew service.
3. ATTEND YOUR CLASS
Show up and create!
4. SERVICE IS COMPLETED
Studio Agnew completes the required service information after your class.
5. PAYMENT IS PROCESSED
The completed service is moved forward for payment through EMA Marketplace.
Please remember:
Booking your class on the Studio Agnew website does not automatically submit your EMA order.
You must complete both steps to use your Step Up For Students funding:
① Reserve your class with Studio Agnew
② Submit your service through EMA Marketplace
