Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because this is a small shop, all sales are final. I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent?
I want to make it right! Please email me within 7 days of delivery with:
A photo of the item and packaging
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
I’ll gladly help with a replacement or store credit.
What if my package never arrives?
If your order was marked as shipped but still hasn’t arrived after:
30 days (U.S.) Please reach out with your order number. I can offer a one-time replacement or refund if eligible.
*If a replacement is sent and that one is also lost, unfortunately I cannot offer additional replacements.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped or been assigned a tracking number yet, you can request a change or cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. Email me with your order number.
What about custom or hygiene-related items?
Due to the nature of custom, personalized, or hygiene-related goods (like bath or skincare items), those sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
I received a gift that was damaged—what should I do?
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, I can offer store credit if it was damaged. Just email me with your order details and photos.
