Product Information
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. Because many items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. All pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders & Cancellations
Studio Agnew reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 48 hours, provided it has not yet shipped. To make changes, please email me.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days via USPS. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided (when available). Studio Agnew is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by USPS or other carriers.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing me with photos and your order number. Lost packages may be eligible for a one-time replacement after 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international) if tracking shows no delivery. We cannot offer additional replacements if the second shipment is also lost.

Studio Agnew is located in the heart of Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida — a working creative studio for classes, workshops, and community art experiences.

Off-Site Workshops / Studio Closed
No studio hours. I lead pop-up workshops and creative programs at partner locations throughout the community.

Private Group Bookings
Available for birthday parties, private workshops, and group events.
