Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Studio Agnew! As a small, artist-run shop, I pack and ship everything with care. Please read below for all shipping-related questions and details.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are typically shipped via USPS. Domestic delivery usually takes 5–7 business days once your package has been dropped off at the post office. Delivery time may vary depending on your location within the U.S.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
Studio Agnew is run locally in Florida, and while I aim to ship quickly, processing time may vary due to order volume, custom items, or event weekends. You’ll receive an email when your order is on the way!

How can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number once your package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once it's scanned by USPS.

I entered the wrong shipping address—can I fix it?
If you made a mistake during checkout, please email me within 24 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • The corrected full shipping address

  • Name and email used for the order


If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to update it. Once a package is shipped, I can’t make changes or guarantee delivery to the updated address.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Studio Agnew only ships within the United States through the website. For international orders or special requests, please email me directly.

Do I need to pay import duties or taxes?
No—Studio Agnew does not currently collect VAT or import fees because it only ships domestically. If international shipping is offered in the future, more details will be provided.

What if I haven’t received my order yet?
If it’s been more than:

  • 14 business days since your shipping notification, and

  • You still haven’t received your package


Please email me with your order number, so I can look into it. If the package appears to be lost after 30 days (U.S. only), I may be able to offer a one-time replacement or store credit.
